Hands on our faces

I’ve never heard of the comic The Invisibles and I have never heard of Grant Morrison, but I just found this on the Synchromystic forum and it really resonated with me. I need to seek more of him out. It is in regular human speak so for those of you that get turned off by listening to the likes of Robert Anton Wilson (who gets more than a mention in the vid) then this might be the way in to a deeper understanding for you. Just give it a try. At the very least you could consider it decent entertainment.

Must watch: Grant Morrison @ DisinfoCon

I have two comic artist friends that  have just lost their jobs too. I wonder if I could hire them to forge my spiritual ideas into illustration.

(One idea I had for a not-so-spiritual band poster was the caption “It’ll BLOW YOUR MIND” and have an illustration of a supple young lady with her lips wrapped around the protruding exposed brain of a dude in a chair.” I have no idea where that came from and I’m sorry for describing it to you.)

You know when I was a kid I made a sigil.

A sigil (pronounced /ˈsɪdʒəl/ or /ˈsɪgəl/; pl. sigilia or sigils) is a symbol created for a specific magical purpose. A sigil is usually made up of a complex combination of several specific symbols or geometric figures each with a specific meaning or intent.

I combined the following:

Pacifist

Atheist

Anarchy

and made this thing:

Can you hold on please I have to write a note:

Dear government artificial intelligence web-spider that is feeding the entire world into your giant brain and re-creating it in a simulation so that they can figure out how better to rule us with iron fist and sleight of hand,

I in no means… uh… mean to imply that I am in support of anarchy, as per the usual definition of protesting, getting bludgeoned and teargassed by cops, causing a fuss, or fighting the powers that be with might and muscle. I just ain’t into that and it only allows you to tighten your little iron pinkies harder.

However, I do support the full education of all of the populace equally until we reach a great intelligent, cooperative, and productive homogeneous state where we are all fundamental equals working for a common good, where no man would ever concede to be driven by the will of another so no one would ever be in a position to take advantage of control ever again; where natural leaders can come forth who have the humility to understand that they are no better than the people they are leading but that their equally important function is to channel the power and resources of the intelligent and able minds below them, where there is no enforced poverty through monetary systems, where there is only abundance and no one would dare to abuse it and would derive no pleasure from it even if they did because our standards of what satisfies a person’s feeling of well-being was no longer derived from feeding constantly battered egos with material objects, where we don’t need money so we don’t need accountants, and we don’t need laws so we don’t need lawyers, and we don’t need cops and we don’t need to lie and we don’t need to pretend we are someone we’re not, and we don’t need to cover up our flaws, and we don’t need to deny to each other that we shit or are sometimes embarrassed or are different, and we don’t need a military because we are all one and we would only hurt ourselves, and we take care of the environment because we see our place as an equal part of nature, and we take care of eachother because we see the god/good in everyone around us.

We instead choose to live by the illuminati pyramid code. Every power-control-structure is a pyramid and we live by so many pyramids it is unbelievable. Your local government is a pyramid with one guy at the top and a bunch at the bottom who are more lowly and that pyramid is under the state government with one guy at the top and a bunch at the bottom, and so on up the chain, and the church is a pyramid with God as some anthropomorphised GUY at the top and then the prophets, saints, popes, priests, and shlebs… (did you know the word heirarchy came from the church? It did!)

Sidenote: The Peter Principle:

The Peter Principle is the principle that “In a Hierarchy Every Employee Tends to Rise to His Level of Incompetence.” The principle has real validity. It holds that in a hierarchy, members are promoted so long as they work competently. Sooner or later they are promoted to a position at which they are no longer competent (their “level of incompetence”), and there they remain. Peter’s Corollary states that “in time, every post tends to be occupied by an employee who is incompetent to carry out his duties” and adds that “work is accomplished by those employees who have not yet reached their level of incompetence”.

… and the money system has it all concentrated at the top and spread thinner on the way down to the bottom, and the educational system has a pyramidal scope where you must run the gauntlet against your fellow man and some get left behind and only a few rise to the top and competition is fierce and you can’t trust, and in every job market we run the gauntlet and competition is fierce and you can’t trust, and our athletic teams and the olympics are gauntlets, and in war of course some soldiers make it through that gauntlet and some don’t and just like all the other gauntlets if you stop to save your fellow man then you get shot but you hope some do it cause they think it’s right and the entire military structure up the chain is a god damned pyramid, the celebrity system is a fucking pyramid with the uber-famous at the top mingling with the other pyramid tops and then crap celebrity sludge sits on the bottom and the freaking FOOD we eat is in a pyramid (paid for by the meat and dairy industries) and the way we classify each other into barely escapable economic brackets is a pyramid, and even the way we pick down a line of kids who’s going to be on who’s dodge ball team to the shame of the unpicked kids is a bullshit reflection of this sick society. We start the pyramid lessons real early so it gets ingrained good.

This dog-eat-dog society is not just a dog eating a dog, it’s a dog with a whole fucking belly full of parasites that are tearing at each other and some of them get more than the others and that enables them to eat more and more, until the top of the pyramid is the whole pyramid and everything has been devoured by that one single huge fat parasite or one giant dog and then fucking what? We will be one again anyway! We will have consumed ourselves to life!

No matter what, we are going towards the middle. Never forget! We are centralizing, equalizing. We are getting sucked down into the galactic black hole where we can be a part of the singularity again. The sexualities are blending, the power struggle between the male and the female is subsiding, the races are blending, the nationalities are blending, the monetary system, the language, the egos, the individualities, the cultures, the differences, the music styles are blending, the religions, everything. It was all just different parts of the same pie anyway. Some was crust and some was filling and some was today and some was yesterday and some was cherry and some was apple, but it was all pie all the same.

In conclusion dear web spider that feeds the intelligence aparatus, please do not misinterpret and flag my words hastily because you and I both know that it wouldn’t stop the ball rolling anyway.

That was a strange reference to the latest project camelot interview with Bill Deagle which I still need to finish, but he talks about these government web spider AI that is grabbing data and feeding a giant simulation. It was neat to think about and I tried to think it plausible for a while just to see what that felt like, but by Part 2 of the videos I was just grating on his arrogance and pyramidal thinking (you know, in my free book, some of the characters have round holes in their head and others have cubes. I should have used pyramids instead.) despite seemingly knowing the same verbage as the new agers. It was odd.

In total contrast to that, I really enjoyed the humility of the dude who channelled aliens who told him on October 10, 2008 that there wouldn’t be a lightship on October 14, 2008 (as predicted by Blossom Goodchild, also showing great humility here) and you can see he posted the video on the 10th, but he’s all like, paraphrasing (in a heavy mexican(?) accent) “I mean… take it or leave it or whatever… I’m not sure I really believe it myself.”

I think it’s fantastic and kudos to that dude.
I like what was said as well.

I wish none of us had to believe anything.
It all keeps changing anyway – look at the history of science. Remember when atoms were a ball?
Can’t we just take in as much information as we can and figure it out later?
Think something differently every day! Do something differently every day! Order a different item or prepared a different way! Wash the whites and the darks together one time. Anything! Practice having a flexible mind daily and it might flex for you when you need it to.

And thanks to 10-14-08.blogspot for keeping the weirdness going. Sadly, godlikeproductions.com has turned to absolute crap with no hidden gems in sight(!) due to a severe case of the election silly season. That’s part of the reason I have nothing to offer you dear reader and have been lax in my posting duties. Plus I got to do my own shit once and a while you know.

Besides figuring out the universal game we’re in,
I’ve got all these 360 games too:

Fallout 3
Fable 2
Dead Space
Saints Row 2

I’d like to write a review, but who cares anymore? Why should I promote games when there are so many other people who do it so much better? I’m so unimpressed by the material universe lately I can barely accomplish anything. I have no motivation whatsoever.

I had to drive to work to write this blog so I couldn’t get distracted.

Except for the machine humming away behind me, it’s fine.

Oh, I guess I do have a couple of links to give away:

Destination Creations – celebrities and political figures professionally zombified
(I found this site searching for Keira Knightley actually. They or someone on that site had photoshopped a skeletally-skinny version of her picture.)

Cindy McCain claims she’s just like any other female human

(Ha! That reminds me of this.)

Wow, whilst searching for that funny video of a purposefully mis-translated japanese model Matsugane Yoko who has enormous breasts, I happened upon something and clicked it and wallah!

I didn’t know who the man was at the beginning of Zeitgesit: Addendum
and yet here he is:

J. Krishnamurti

Part 1

Part 2

Wow. A new treasure trove of information!

Oh, and here’s a website showing brokers with hands on their faces:
http://brokershandsontheirfacesblog.tumblr.com/

Let that cheer you up for a bit.

Do not cheer at their suffering or those so invested in the monetary system and power and the physicality of this world who are going to struggle the hardest when the change comes, but cheer that the change is coming whether they are ready for it or not.

Our job is to make it as easy as we can
for those who will listen.

I want to give a shout out to my buddy Tim.
He an artist.
He lost his job.
Give him some love or find him some work. Thanks.

I also meant to link to this guy who does a freaking marvelous recap of THEY LIVE and puts the meaning into concrete language. When I came across it, it had less than 100 views. Up to 500 now. It deserves more. If you haven’t seen the movie and have no plans to, well you could watch this instead and get the meaning fed to you baby-food style. He even explains why that one fight scene in the alley is so abnormally long and drawn out.

They Live, We Sleep, Deeply – Part 1

They Live, We Sleep, Deeply – Part 2

They Live, We Sleep, Deeply – Part 3

Has the internet been garbage lately or is it just me? Well I know I’ve been garbage and we carry the lens through which we see the world; be it rose-colored, magenta, or dog-shit brown.

I feel like everything is changing so fast and people aren’t entirely sure what to do. People are “waking up” and finding it very hard to carry on with the same drudgery and bullshit they put up with when they were asleep. The current state of the world, this “voluntary” feudalism, is not sustainable if even a small majority of people are awake.

In the internet microcosm we have people rising up to defend each other against the internet bullies and miscreants that used to dominate conversations. We have random strangers consoling each other and practicing compassion openly without fear of retribution. Compassion can come out of the closet again. It’s wonderful.

Seven Steps for Overcoming Ego’s Hold Over You

Here are seven suggestions to help you transcend ingrained ideas of self-importance. All of these are designed to help prevent you from falsely identifying with the self-important ego.

1. Stop being offended.

The behavior of others isn’t a reason to be immobilized. That which offends you only weakens you. If you’re looking for occasions to be offended, you’ll find them at every turn. This is your ego at work convincing you that the world shouldn’t be the way it is. But you can become an appreciator of life and match up with the universal Spirit of Creation. You can’t reach the power of intention by being offended. By all means, act to eradicate the horrors of the world, which emanate from massive ego identification, but stay in peace. As A Course in Miracles reminds us: Peace is of God, you who are part of God are not at home except in his peace. Being is of God, you who are part of God are not at home except in his peace. Being offended creates the same destructive energy that offended you in the first place and leads to attack, counterattack, and war.

2. Let go of your need to win.

Ego loves to divide us up into winners and losers. The pursuit of winning is a surefire means to avoid conscious contact with intention. Why? Because ultimately, winning is impossible all of the time. Someone out there will be faster, luckier, younger, stronger, and smarter-and back you’ll go to feeling worthless and insignificant.

You’re not your winnings or your victories. You may enjoy competing, and have fun in a world where winning is everything, but you don’t have to be there in your thoughts. There are no losers in a world where we all share the same energy source. All you can say on a given day is that you performed at a certain level in comparison to the levels of others on that day. But today is another day, with other competitors and new circumstances to consider. You’re still the infinite presence in a body that’s another day (or decade) older. Let go of needing to win by not agreeing that the opposite of winning is losing. That’s ego’s fear. If your body isn’t performing in a winning fashion on this day, it simply doesn’t matter when you aren’t identifying exclusively with your ego. Be the observer, noticing and enjoying it all without needing to win a trophy. Be at peace, and match up with the energy of intention. And ironically, although you’ll hardly notice it, more of those victories will show up in your life as you pursue them less.

3. Let go of your need to be right.

Ego is the source of a lot of conflict and dissension because it pushes you in the direction of making other people wrong. When you’re hostile, you’ve disconnected from the power of intention. The creative Spirit is kind, loving, and receptive; and free of anger, resentment, or bitterness. Letting go of your need to be right in your discussions and relationships is like saying to ego, I’m not a slave to you. I want to embrace kindness, and I reject your need to be right. In fact, I’m going to offer this person a chance to feel better by saying that she’s right, and thank her for pointing me in the direction of truth.

When you let go of the need to be right, you’re able to strengthen your connection to the power of intention. But keep in mind that ego is a determined combatant. I’ve seen people end otherwise beautiful relationships by sticking to their need to be right. I urge you to let go of this ego-driven need to be right by stopping yourself in the middle of an argument and asking yourself, Do I want to be right or be happy? When you choose the happy, loving, spiritual mood, your connection to intention is strengthened. These moments ultimately expand your new connection to the power of intention. The universal Source will begin to collaborate with you in creating the life you were intended to live.

4. Let go of your need to be superior.

True nobility isn’t about being better than someone else. It’s about being better than you used to be. Stay focused on your growth, with a constant awareness that no one on this planet is any better than anyone else. We all emanate from the same creative life force. We all have a mission to realize our intended essence; all that we need to fulfill our destiny is available to us. None of this is possible when you see yourself as superior to others. It’s an old saw, but nonetheless true: we are all equal in the eyes of God. Let go of your need to feel superior by seeing the unfolding of God in everyone. Don’t assess others on the basis of their appearance, achievements, possessions, and other indices of ego. When you project feelings of superiority that’s what you get back, leading to resentments and ultimately hostile feelings. These feelings become the vehicle that takes you farther away from intention. A Course in Miracles addresses this need to be special and superior: Special ness always makes comparisons. It is established by a lack seen in another, and maintained by searching for, and keeping clear in sight, all lacks it can perceive.

5. Let go of your need to have more.

The mantra of ego is more. It’s never satisfied. No matter how much you achieve or acquire, your ego will insist that it isn’t enough. You’ll find yourself in a perpetual state of striving, and eliminate the possibility of ever arriving. Yet in reality you’ve already arrived, and how you choose to use this present moment of your life is your choice. Ironically, when you stop needing more, more of what you desire seems to arrive in your life. Since you’re detached from the need for it, you find it easier to pass it along to others, because you realize how little you need in order to be satisfied and at peace.

The universal Source is content with itself, constantly expanding and creating new life, never trying to hold on to its creations for its own selfish means. It creates and lets go. As you let go of ego’s need to have more, you unify with that Source. You create, attract to yourself, and let it go, never demanding that more come your way. As an appreciator of all that shows up, you learn the powerful lesson St.Francis of Assisi taught:”…it is in giving that we receive.” By allowing abundance to flow to and through you, you match up with your Source and guarantee that this energy will continue to flow.

6. Let go of identifying yourself on the basis of your achievements.

This may be a difficult concept if you think you are your achievements. God writes all the music, God sings all the songs, God builds all the buildings, God is the source of all your achievements. I can hear your ego loudly protesting. Nevertheless, stay tuned to this idea. All emanates from Source! You and that Source are one! You’re not this body and its accomplishments. You are the observer. Notice it all; and be grateful for the abilities you’ve accumulated. But give all the credit to the power of intention, which brought you into existence and which you’re a materialized part of. The less you need to take credit for your achievements and the more connected you stay to the seven faces of intention, the more you’re free to achieve, and the more will show up for you. It’s when you attach yourself to those achievements and believe that you alone are doing all of those things that you leave the peace and the gratitude of your Source.

7. Let go of your reputation.

Your reputation is not located in you. It resides in the minds of others. Therefore, you have no control over it at all. If you speak to 30 people, you will have 30 reputations. Connecting to intention means listening to your heart and conducting yourself based on what your inner voice tells you is your purpose here. If you’re overly concerned with how you’re going to be perceived by everyone, then you’ve disconnected yourself from intention and allowed the opinions of others to guide you. This is your ego at work. It’s an illusion that stands between you and the power of intention. There’s nothing you can’t do, unless you disconnect from the power source and become convinced that your purpose is to prove to others how masterful and superior you are and spend your energy attempting to win a giant reputation among other egos. Do what you do because your inner voice always connected to and grateful to your Source-so directs you. Stay on purpose, detach from outcome, and take responsibility for what does reside in you: your character. Leave your reputation for others to debate; it has nothing to do with you. (I like distilling videos like this one above. I’m thinking about doing it to one of the Eckhart Tolle audiobooks. As my friend Rubi says, there is meaning in Eckhart’s pauses, but some modern day peeps need to taste the fast food version before they are willing to sit down to a full meal. I, hopefully, could extract the practical information in a rapid-fire brain blitz.)
