Cold Pimpin
By KindaGamey On July 6th, 2009So Much to Pimp, So Little Time
Last time I went to the consciousness conference in Swannanoa/Afton Mnt. I forgot to tell anyone about it before it happened. (Such a bad blogger! You guys should fire me and hire someone else.) Sadly, at least one person at my favorite lunatic fringe forum, GLP, was disappointed he hadn’t known about it beforehand, so this time I’m telling you right now! I’ll be there Friday, but not for the Saturday workshop (on how to call down UFOs with meditation and a laser pointer) because it costs $175 and I have a birthday party to attend. Sorry, aliens. Plus, I already have the book and CD that comes with the workshop.
Charlottesville Lecture and Workshop with STEVEN GREER

Who is Steven Greer?

Who is Steven Greer – The Short List
* “Just a country doctor from Virginia North Carolina,” he likes to say. (He’s an emergency room physician)
* Has more contacts with Black Ops than a minstrelsy.
* Does weightlifting as a hobby.
* Allegedly heterosexual (has a wife and kids I think), but he does have some flowery mannerisms that are fun to watch for. I’m not throwing barbs! Admittedly, many of us that have learned to be in harmony with our inner male and female can saunter and gesture freely and still be comfortable in our predefined sexuality role. No shit.
Founder of The Disclosure Project, which in 2001 had a Press Club meeting of whistleblowers, ex- CIA, Air Force, NASA types, scientists, to come forward about the UFO situation and tell their stories. It was an amazingly mind-blowing presentation and they requested to also present the testimonials to congress, but I think they were denied audience for obvious reasons.
Steven Greer is now also working with people trying to release free energy to the public (The Orion Project) and they have bought all the papers and notes from now deceased Stan Meyer, who invented a car that runs on water. According to Steven Greer, that’s not all Stan Meyer was working on, they’ve come to find out.
Steven’s latest claim is that they are working with a particular G7 country (the grapevine speculates France) that is ready to disclose officially and release their UFO files, hopefully pressuring the United States into doing the same. In the clip of his lecture in Denver posted above he mentions that Obama wanted a UFO debriefing the first day he got into office. He also claims he is going to teach as many people as possible to call down UFOs, thus making direct contact rather than waiting for an official governmental announcement.
Lecture: Friday, July 10, 2009 – 7:30 pm to 10 pm
Place: Dickenson Fine and Performing Arts Center, Piedmont Virginia Community College
Address:
Piedmont Virginia Community College
501 College Drive
Charlottesville, Virginia 22902-7589
Admission: $10 at the door
Saturday is the Workshop, $175, which I will not be attending. It comes with a book and a meditation CD. Registration info here.

Speaking of Free Energy
I still haven’t publically eaten any crow about the Mylow magnet motor videos being faked. Yeah, there was a thread turning it. I was disappointed, but not defeated. I still think free energy is possible and I still think a magnet motor is possible. For some reason Mylow felt compelled to trick us, ‘you will never understand my reasons,’ he said. I’m sort of glad he did trick us. It got me excited again. It got me interested again. It brought people together. Kind of like that Blossom Goodchild Oct. 14th misfire… oh, speaking of which, more on that down the page; crop circle section.
Well, here’s the latest FE video that is sparking interest.
They can’t spell concepts, but they sure can turn a bobbin:
Sterling Allen is trying to get the rights to distribute the plans for this and Clanzer is attemping to replicate. We shall see?
Speaking of Aliens
Remember the Blossom Goodchild fiasco? October 14th! October 14th! The UFOs are coming. Well, they didn’t. It was a full moon and I went to the island and waited for them, but they were a no show. Still, it brought a lot of kooky people on the internet closer together and for that I am grateful. (Better they talk to each other than anyone else.)
The new date to behold is JULY 7, 2009!
Supposedly all of these new crop circles (which are absolutely incredible and coming fast this year!) point towards July 7th as a date where something astronomically significant occurs. I’ll be out of town on a little getaway at River’s Bend so I won’t be going to the island, but if Dr. Greer mentions any good UFO-calling tips maybe I’ll make a special trip just for my little gray buddies, who, according to Dr. Greer and the band YES, are just us from the future.
Keep an eye on Earthfiles.com for the latest.

(Oh, look at that! More July 7th!)
Speaking of How to Really Meditate
Wait, are you sure we talked about that?
No, we didn’t. But I want to push this form since it is passive. You just move attention to the breath, not direct the breathing itself, which is a distraction. All the other ones make you DO something, this one just has you BE something.
of course, you’d know about all these videos if you kept abreast of my VLOG:
http://www.youtube.com/profile_video_blog?user=KindaGamey&page=1
Page 2 has ‘King Corn’ clips.
Are you 50% corn?
You probably are.
We poison cattle with corn and then eat it ourselves. To corroborate, that beautiful and sad video HOME that I posted talks about how inefficient animals as a food source is. Get wise!
Speaking of Cellphone Pictures
Pictures! Everyone’s favorite part.
Terrible batch this time. Well, mine anyway. So many fuzzy ones. Don’t let me take pictures whilst drinking! Things may be better in the future since I’ve turned the ‘stabilizing’ feature on my phone back on. I can afford to do this because the Blackberry Storm had a software update and it doesn’t take 5 minutes to take a picture now. Hopefully, pictures in the future will be more stable. Otherwise, I’ll start using a real camera and then forget to bring it everywhere.
Items of interest:
Pictures from Iowa:
My brother, mother, father all went to Des Moines, Iowa to see my sister. Not sure who took these but I saved the best ones for you. A Hindu temple in a cornfield, amazing! Turns out Iowa is pretty hip and progressive! The Farmer’s Market sounds like a weekly festival!
Pictures of the cat’s face in Fight Night 4:
I sent the photos to the gaming site Kotaku this morning and they posted them! Whoo! Cold pimpin!
(It was very difficult to do and Sufjan, the heavyweight cat, hated the process. We had to keep adjusting the markers because FN4 suspected something fishy. It finally worked and then my brother edited the final face with the in-game sliders.)
Pictures of Moy Yat Kung Fu:
I’m embarrassed at how terrible these are. Especially as I took time out of class to take them. Anyway, as my last pimp of this blog, I highly recommend Kung Fu as an addition to your life. Not just for self-defense, but for balance. We stand on one leg a lot, which is physical balance, but if I’m right about reality being metaphor then that physical balance can translate over to balance in your mind and daily life as I think it has in mine. I walk taller now (I always kept my head down), my chest leads when I walk instead of my shoulders, I have actual bulging things in my arms, my titties don’t flop the way they used to, and the beer storage facility in my belly has downsized operations. And this is just since last August. I don’t work out at a gym, don’t practice at home, or do anything physical other than disc golf, love makings, and playing the xbox 360.
In Ving Tsun (Wing Chun) Kung Fu, you not only learn how to learn (through muscle memory; trust your muscles, move your brain out of the way), but you also learn how to teach through teaching younger students. It is a wonderful, fun, and relaxed experience. So different to the sterile, rigid, and structured training of Dong’s Tae Kwon Do that I took as a child and didn’t appreciate very much.
Of all the martial arts, Ving Tsun (Wing Chun) claims it is the most efficient. No funny showman stuff here. Straight chain punches that come from the heart and move in a direct line to the opponent. It seems awkward at first, but you do thousands and thousands of them until it is barely an effort at all.

Call Barry O’Brien or the other instructor and come in for an introductory lesson.
Here is a cinematic recount of Ip Man (Yip Man) who taught Moy Yat.
Yip Man would not teach Westerners, but after he died Moy Yat set up a school in NY and taught the Western world.
Ip Man Versus 10 Black Belts:
I’m not even into violence (apart from video games), but there is a beauty in that.
The chain punch is epic.
I don’t think I’ll ever use Kung Fu to fight, just to stop a fight if I have to.
Have fun. Be well.
I’m on vacation!
