Moonbeam
By KindaGamey On July 16th, 2009A girl from Kung Fu asked me, “So, when you went to this UFO thing, I mean, are you a believer or are you just going cause you know it’s going to be weird and interesting?”
Stealing from Homer Simpson I replied, “A little of column A, a little of column B…”
I have three pages of notes I have to assemble for you and I just don’t have the time to write it all up yet. I’m about to take another little trip, this time to the Eastern Shore. I’m sure the world will be just as crazy when I get back, so you’ll just have to wait. In short, the Dr. Greer “workshop” and subsequent field adventure was a bust, the great pumpkin never showed (although I need to tell you some stuff about the beeping and booping machines.) Do I regret having done it? Not in the slightest. I met some awesome people and had a fantastic meditation with 50 people in lawn chairs holding hands and focusing on the same thing. Incredible.
In the meantime, here’s some pics to chew on.
I do miss you little love bugs. You know how burdened I feel when I haven’t written you.
Though you never say a word, I feel your little hearts beating out there.
Hope you feel mine.
Best Regards,
KindaGamey
p.s. Watch the film MOON! It’s great! Sci-fi without tits or monsters? Incredible! Makes you think. The tension was palpable. I couldn’t wait to feel what came next.
And if MOON isn’t playing in your area, go rent Box of Moonlight to see some early Sam Rockwell action.

Wow. Chris also took a picture of Gnarly Head wine too. what a coincidence. *wink wink*
Oh, was that yours or something? Actually, I think I took a picture of Gnarly Head once…
So, Aaron and I went to see Moon and LOVED it. Great movie people! Showing at the theatre near Grove Avenue. Do you think they’ll be a sequel?
