Synchronicity made this film. I swear I just heard the song on last.fm (Brothers in Arms – Dire Straits), had a mind to use it, then looked up the lyrics and was like, damn, that’s a fitting message to put to some synchy images.

This is the forum thread i got the images from so you can see I haven’t cheated. I collect our efforts and make videos out of them and I think they turn out well, this is just the latest:

I did a save as… on every pic, imported them into the program that shall not be named, imported the song, set 250 pics to 1.65 seconds per frame to fit it all into the soundtrack and discovered the synchs and added captions for lyrics. that’s it. (well, 1.65 sec per frame for everybody except miss kardashian who is a 1.0; a beautiful mistake that i left in.)

The CD of the band was lent to me by the wine guy at Ellwoods Thompson’s Grocery who didn’t know my girl and I from anybody. The band Zedashe is from the country of Georgia where they apparently cask their wine and bury it underground. The name of the album is Enduring Fortress and the song is Maqruli, but I wanted to name this piece Enduring Fortress for symbolic reasons. Thanks for stopping by.
