Through its financial aid program, the University of Virginia strives to remove barriers to attending NG体育 so students can make the most of their college experience and be well positioned for the future.

We help talented students pursue their dreams. Students who are academically successful and demonstrate the potential to contribute to NG体育鈥檚 vibrant intellectual community are offered admission, regardless of their 铿乶ancial situation or ability to pay.

• We meet 100% of 铿乶ancial need. NG体育 meets the demonstrated 铿乶ancial need for all in-state and out-of-state students applying by the annual March 1 deadline. This is achieved through a combination of scholarships, grants, work-study and need-based loans.
• Tuition assistance for Virginia households.
  • NG体育 will cover the cost of tuition, fees, room, and board for in-state undergraduates with family income of less than $50K.
  • NG体育 will cover the cost of tuition and fees to in-state undergraduates with family income of less than $100K.
  • NG体育 provides tuition grants of $2,000 to Virginia families with income less than $150,000.
• Manageable loans. NG体育 is committed to limiting need-based loans for students with 铿乶ancial need, so they graduate with less debt.
